The Apollo Theatre is available for private hire or for visiting shows in the two-week period following our own productions, details and dates for which can be found on our Home page. We can offer a range of support – see below. If you would like to hire the theatre, please email boxoffice@apollo-theatre.org.uk in the first instance to register your enquiry. One of our Hirings Team will then let you know availability and costs. All of our 2024 hiring slots are now filled.
The auditorium is a flexible space with excellent acoustics and comfortable seating on two levels; it is suitable for a wide range of uses, including, obviously, stage and musical productions and concerts (and rehearsal space) but also conferences, presentations, award ceremonies and so on. There are other spaces in the theatre building, including dressing-room and bar area, which are also available for hire, either as part of a ‘package’ or separately.

Marketing & ticketing
Event promotion on our website is available if required as is use of our online booking service, Ticketsource, who charge a fee. Alternatively tickets can be sold in our box office, subject to our normal box office opening hours.
